I felt trapped and restricted like a caged animal like there's no escape from this house, I felt overwhelmed and helpless and I couldnt sleep and I was just really stressed out...I felt alone and stuck and just...bad. it was really weird, because its not like anything bad has really happened to me lately I mean I was happy most of this week and just last night it was like BAM I hit the ground hard...yeah...it was a really bad feeling. a bad night. but I'm better now, I still don't know what the fuck happened to me last night it was not like me at all.
